  1. The file dna_damage_cats displays the genes classified in each functional category.

  2. The calculation file binom_g1_dnaDamage_aug21 contains binomial analysis for DNA damage and E7oncoprotein (not discussed in the article) expression against the G1 expression cluster.

  3. The calculation file binom_g2_dnaDamage_aug21 contains binomial analysis for DNA damage and E7oncoprotein expression against the G2 expression cluster.

  4. The calculation file binom_m_dnaDamage_aug21 contains binomial analysis for DNA damage and E7oncoprotein expression against the M expression cluster.
